National Football Team: Comoros vs Zambia, Lineup Preview, Live Score, Prediction of the Results, and Important Information for this Africa Nations Cup: Round of qualification, Group H. This match will begin at 19:00 UTC today on 9th Sep 2023.
Comoros vs Zambia Match Preview
Comoros’ hopes of qualifying for another Africa Cup of Nations have been dashed. They are third in Group H with six points and have no chance of reaching the final even if they win their last game. Leaders Zambia (12 points) have already booked their place alongside hosts Ivory Coast.
According to coach Zerdouk, Les Coelacantes will play without pressure and will use this game to assess their progress in the qualifiers. The Comoros managed two wins, beating lowly Lesotho home and away and scoring three goals.
Zambia won the reverse fixture in Lusaka 2-1 thanks to goals from Enock Mwepu and Kings Kangwa after Ben Nabouhane’s 13th-minute opener. Comoros could make a statement at home based on their performance. The Zambian coach admitted that they did not expect such opposition from Comoros.
New Chipopolo coach Avram Grant says they are aiming to finish their group campaign “in style” and this game will be the last of six matchdays. Zambia lost only once in the group stage, 3-0 against Ivory Coast. The 2012 African champions last competed in the finals in 2015 when they were knocked out at the group stage.

Comoros vs Zambia Prediction
Comoros will be hoping to repeat their brilliant performance against Zambia at home. The win over the visitors is a huge boost for the island nation. Youssouf M’Changama, who has two goals this campaign, should improve his results.
Zambia, on the other hand, are likely to rely on Patson Daka and Kings Kangwa, who scored twice in qualifying.
Despite wanting to finish in style, the visitors may fall short. Zambia will be looking to maintain their unblemished record against Comoros, so you can expect a narrow win from the visitors.
Results Prediction: Comoros 0-1 Zambia
