Mamelodi Sundowns and international sports company PUMA have launched the home and away kits for the 2024/25 season.
The Tshwane giants have been with PUMA since 2016 after parting ways with Nike, who had been their kit supplier since April 2008.
Donning the new kit, the Brazilians aim to start on a high note to defend the DStv Premiership and succeed in all other competitions in the upcoming season.

Explaining the design of the new jerseys, the club’s statement said, “The Rise.Rule.Repeat. kits are in the traditional yellow for Home and blue for Away, with an African-inspired pattern featuring graphics of crowns and stars. The design tells the club’s story from its establishment (the Rise), with the crowns representing consecutive PSL titles and overall dominance in South African football, and the stars representing the men’s and women’s teams’ success in the CAF Champions League (the Rule) and the unprecedented run of success which stands at 14 league titles and counting (the Repeat).”

Innovatively designed, the kits feature a modernized Sundowns badge, an “Sky is the limit” inscription on the neckline, and an authentication badge, ensuring authenticity and quality. The Authentic Players Shirt, crafted from PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric for optimal performance, promises to equip players with the technical edge needed for elite-level competition.
For supporters, the Replica shirts are made from recycled polyester, underscoring PUMA’s dedication to sustainability.
The kits will be available for purchase starting August 1, 2024, with the Authentic Players Shirt exclusively accessible through PUMA.com and PUMA Retail Stores.
